Mistress Killda is Lord Stingray's wife (although Catastro was said to be her boyfriend). She speaks with a Russian accent, with a right arm having to be a gauntlet of spikes, claws down on her elbows, and carries around a whip. She was later killed when Alice ripped her in half. She is voiced by Sally Donovan.

- Mistress Killda is a parody of The Baroness from the G.I. Joe series.
- Her death scene in "Lord Stingray Crash Party" had to be toned down after getting a few notes from the network, although the only thing that the show's crew remembered is that her organs had to be colored differently, to a pastel yellow, to tone down the brutality.
- She and Catastro were originally gonna have a much bigger role in "Lord Stingray Crash Party", but this was scrapped from the final product.
